The idea
The coast leads every decision.
The Dunes begins with a simple thought: the shared landscape should feel as considered as the home itself.
Buildings frame planted courtyards, shaded walking routes and quiet garden rooms. Chalets and townhouses share one material language while giving different households their own way to live.
