The idea
Life gathers in the spaces between.
The Courtyard begins with a simple thought: the shared landscape should feel as considered as the home itself.
Buildings frame planted courtyards, shaded walking routes and quiet garden rooms. Apartments and townhouses share one material language while giving different households their own way to live.
This is an illustrative portfolio project. No site, inventory, delivery programme or commercial offer is represented.

New Cairo
Placed for a connected daily life.
The location story is framed around connections, not invented drive times.
In a live development, this section would map verified routes to work, education, everyday retail and wider Cairo. For this portfolio concept, the exact site remains intentionally unassigned.
